The International Space Station (ISS) is one of the most impressive achievements of international cooperation in human history. This cutting-edge space station is a collaborative effort between five space agencies: NASA (US), Roscosmos (Russia), JAXA (Japan), ESA (Europe), and CSA (Canada). The ISS has been continuously occupied by astronauts since November 2000, and has been the site of groundbreaking scientific research and technological innovations ever since.
